Although Amy is the newest member of the EKW payroll team, you wouldn’t think it! Amy has already built a vast knowledge of payroll and provides an outstanding customer service. Her main focus is on franchise payroll, helping ensure new franchisees are aware of all payroll processes and keeping them compliant.
Background
My interest started in this industry when I saw poor maternity procedures at a previous company and wanted to prevent that happening to others – I did a CIPD HR course with payroll and really enjoyed it

When something new happens and I can expand my knowledge, building relationships with clients and working alongside my amazing team

Outside the Office
I love spending time with my family and going on adventures. My all-time favourite is the farm and all the animals – after having horses nearly all my life it feels like a home away from home!
